Dip- Hot Broccoli Dip

List of Ingredients
1 quart deli broccoli-raisin salad
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, pulse broccoli salad until finely chopped but not puréed. Some lumps are OK. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Scrape into an ungreased casserole dish. Bake until brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
