Dip- White Cheddar Dipping Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 ounce-2 ounces white cheddar cheese, grated or chopped
1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a steady bubble, stirring, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until it thickens (check frequently to be sure the mixture doesn't burn). Serve hot. Makes about 3/4 cup, enough to serve 4 to 6 people.
