Dip- Hot Beef Dip
List of Ingredients
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons melted butter or margarine
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
2 (2 1/2-ounce) packages dried beef, minced
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
4 teaspoons minced onion
Recipe
Sauté pecans in butter until lightly browned. Drain and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot with assorted crackers, chips, or breadsticks. Yields about 4 cups.
