    Sausage- Barbecued Sausage Slices

    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 6 to 8.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. andouille sausage, sliced
    1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced
    4 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

    Recipe



    1. Brown sausages in skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

    2. Put sausage pieces into slow cooker and add all other ingredients. Cook on Low for 4 hours.

    3. Remove from cooker and serve with French bread and salad if desired.
