Smoked Salmon-Asparagus Wraps

Fresh blanched asparagus
Rondele Pub cheese, garlic and herb flavor (can be found in the imported cheese section)
Vita sliced smoked salmon (next to seafood counter at your grocer's)
Recipe
Spread cheese on individual slices of smoked salmon, wrap around blanched asparagus, arrange on platter and serve. For perfect blanched asparagus: Boil for one minute and place in ice water bath. Asparagus should still be crisp.
