Spread- Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 package chopped beef slices (3 to 4 oz. jarred or Buddig)
2 green onion stalks, chopped white and green portions
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Drop or two milk to thin
Recipe
Mince the beef, take half and add to cream cheese with green onion, Worcestershire and milk. Stir until smooth and blended (add more milk, sparingly if needed). Roll into ball and roll ball through reserved minced beef. Chill and serve with crackers.
