    1/2 pound feta cheese
    1/2 pound Roquefort cheese
    1/2 pound grated Parmesan chees
    8 ounces cottage cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 pound filo dough
    1 1/2 cup melted butter

    Recipe



    Place cheeses and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Lay out 1 sheet of filo at a time, cut into 3x12-inch strips. Brush each strip lightly with melted butter. Place a rounded teaspoon of cheese filling on end of strip. Fold over the corner to make a triangle. Continue folding strip from side to side making a triangle (folding like a flag). Place triangles on lightly greased baking sheet and brush top with butter. Proceed in the manner with reamining filling and filo. Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Serve hot. Freezes well.
