Dip- White Bean Dip
List of Ingredients
1 (16-oz.) can cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 T. olive oil
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1 t. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. cumin
1 t. coriander
Recipe
Combine ingredients in bowl of food processor. Process until smooth. Remove to serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables or pita bread triangles. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
