Beer- Eliot Ness Lager Bread

List of Ingredients
3 cups flour
I teaspoon salt
I teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
12 ounces Eliot Ness Lager
2 cups zucchini, chopped fine
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped fine
1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and soda, the egg and beer. Add zucchini, tomatoes and oil and mix well.
At this point pour batter into greased and floured bread pans and bake 45 minutes to an hour. Let cool before serving
