Yeast- Sharon's No Knead French Bread

Sharon's No Knead French Bread
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon dry yeast (one package)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour, unsifted
Recipe
Instructions: Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl at one time, including the water and the dry yeast. Sprinkle in the sugar. Add the salt and flour. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer, using a dough hook, until the dough is rubbery, wet and sticky.
Cover and let the dough rise until it doubles, or about 1 hour. Beat down with a wooden spoon (or punch down with floured hands). Place dough in a deep greased casserole baking dish (or a deep-sided cast iron Dutch oven or iron frying pan ) and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled. Do not cover.
Place the dough into a cold oven and turn the heat to 350-degrees. Bake about 1 hour or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped and the crust is browned. Cool on a wire rack.
