Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand(R) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted*
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
Heat oven to 300 degrees F.Prepare chocolate crumb crust; set aside. Combine wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly onto bottom and 1/2 inch up side of ungreased 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish as desired.
