    Pie- Cherry Sundae Pie

    List of Ingredients


    Yield: 8 servings.

    16-ounce can drained dark sweet cherries

    9-inch reduced-fat or regular graham cracker pie crust

    4 cups softened fat-free vanilla ice cream

    1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons fat-free chocolate topping

    1/2 cup toasted pecans

    Light whipped cream for garnish


    Recipe

    1. Put half fruit in pie; top with 2 cups ice cream. Drizzle 1/3 cup chocolate on top. Add remaining fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Spoon remaining ice cream over pie. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.

    2. Freeze overnight. Let thaw 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
