Pie- Chocolate Fudge Nut Pie
List of Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 squares bitter chocolate
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Recipe
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, beating continually. Combine melted chocolate and butter. Cool slightly. Pour into egg mixture. Stir to combine. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
