Cake- Damon's Rum Cake

List of Ingredients
Cake:
1 cup chopped pecans
One 18 1/2-ounce yellow cake mix
One 3 3/4-ounce vanilla Jell-O instant
pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup rum
Glaze:
1/4 pound butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup rum
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup bundt pan. Put nuts on bottom of pan. Mix all cake ingredients and pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool and invert on plate. To make the glaze, melt butter in a saucepan, mix in water and sugar and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove mixture from heat and add rum. Prick top of cake and drizzle glaze on top, allowing the cake to absorb the liquid. Continue until all glaze is used.
