Mocha Wallbanger Cake
List of Ingredients
1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (about 3.8-ounce) package INSTANT chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 cup espresso coffee
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup Irish Mist OR whiskey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed with electric mixer. Turn into a greased and floured non-stick 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes; then remove to rack to cool completely. Makes 1 cake.
