    Petite Fudge Cakes

    List of Ingredients





    5 ozs. semisweet chocolate or white chocolate

    1 cup butter

    1 cup chopped pecans

    1 3/4 cups sugar

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    4 large eggs, unbeaten

    1 tsp. vanilla

    Confectioners’ sugar

    Whipped cream

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add pecans and stir until well-coated.
    In another bowl, combine sugar, flour and eggs.
    Add chocolate mixture; stir until just mixed. Add vanilla.
    Pour batter into greased or paper-lined cupcake tins.
    Bake in 325-degree oven for 25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. They should be gooey.
    Cool and dust with confectioners’ sugar.
    Just before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with any remaining melted chocolate.
