Recipe Introduction
Recipe adapted from one from Sue Van Slyke, Pompano Beach.
List of Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 pound butter, melted and cooled
1 cup pecan pieces
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate bits
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add eggs, butter, pecans, chocolate bits and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Serve slightly warm. Makes 8 servings.
