Chocolate Bark With Praline

1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 teaspoon water
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, lightly toasted
2/4 whole blanched almonds, lightly toasted
9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut up
Recipe
1. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Stir sugar, corn syrup and water together in a small saucpan (mixture will be very thick). Cook mixture over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, until sugar melts to a honey color. Stir in nuts over heat until combined. Immediatley pour praline onto prepared cookie sheet. Cool completely.
3. Finely chop one-third of the praline and coarsely chop the remaining praline; combine and set aside.
4. Melt chocolate im a medium microwaveproof bowl on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; let stand 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour onto the same cookie sheet, spreading out to 1/4-inch thickness. Immediately sprinkle chopped praline over chocolate, covering top; press lightly. Cool completely. Break into large pieces. Makes 3/4 pound of fifty-four 1-inch pieces.
