Peanut Butter Fudge
List of Ingredients
Mazola No Stick® cooking spray
1/4 cup Karo® light or dark corn syrup
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Mazola® margarine or butter
1 jar (18 oz) Skippy® creamy peanut butter (2 cups)
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
1. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
2. In 2-quart saucepan combine corn syrup and margarine. Stirring occasionally, cook over low heat until margarine melts. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. With wooden spoon, beat until smooth.
4. Spread in prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
