Chicken N' Stuffing Casserole
List of Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 (7 oz.) package herb seasoned cubed stuffing
1/2 lb. cooked broccoli florets
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves, crushed
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
Recipe
In saucepan, heat 3/4 cup of the milk and the butter on high heat until scalding. Remove from heat and toss with stuffing. Spread half of the stuffing into an greased 13" x 9" baking pan. In a bowl mix together remaining milk, soup, chicken, celery, broccoli, thyme and half of the cheese. Spread over stuffing in baking dish. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top just before the dish is done. Bake until melted.
