    Chile-Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
    1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of celery soup
    1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans (4 ounces) diced green chiles
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 bag (32 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients except cheese. Spread in ungreased baking dish, 13X9X2 inches, or a 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes..
