Turkey Tetrazini
List of Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of mushroom
soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup turkey broth or canned chicken
broth
2 cups grated process cheese
6 cups cooked spaghetti (12 oz.
uncooked)
4 cups diced cooked turkey
1/2 cup mushrooms or toasted almonds
(optional)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dash paprika
Recipe
Blend soups and broth (part milk may
be used). Stir in process chesse;
mix with spaghetti, turkey and
mushroooms. Turn into greased 11 1/2
x 7 3/8 " baking dish. Sprinkle top
with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees)
about 30 minutes, until bubbly and
browned. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
