    Thai- Crispy Noodles with Pork (Mee Grob)

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound rice vermicelli noodles
    4 tablespoon vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup pork, sliced in thin strips
    2 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons fish sauce
    2 tablespoons tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons shallots, diced
    3 stalks green onion, minced
    1/4 cup bean sprouts
    2 tablespoon carrots, shredded

    Recipe

    In a wok or saucepan, heat the oil and quickly stir-fry the noodles until cooked. Drain and set aside.
    Heat a saucepan with a little cooking oil, add the garlic and cook until brown. Add the pork, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce and tomato sauce. Reduce the heat until the sauce is very thick. Remove from the heat and mix in the cooked noodles.
    Serve with shallots, green onions, bean sprouts and shredded carrots on top.
