    10 lbs. Boston pork butt

    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    4 tablespoons whole fennel seed

    2 tablespoons ground fennel seed

    1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

    2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

    1 cup chopped onion

    1 tablespoon paprika

    6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

    4 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder

    2 tablespoons sugar

    3 tablespoons salt

    1 cup water

    ¼cup fresh chopped parsley

    1 tablespoon black pepper

    Grind pork butt in meat grinder or food processor; add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Note: If you don't want to grind your own pork, use ground pork from the supermarket.
