Hot Dogs- Corn Dogs
List of Ingredients
6 - 8 hot dogs
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beatenRecipe
Combine all ingredients for batter. Boil hot dogs, put stick in end of each hot dog, dip in batter. Cook in deep fat at 360 degrees until brown. Serves 6 to 8.
