Pork- Maple Pecan Pork Chops
List of Ingredients
4 center-cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
Recipe
1. Spread the pork chops with the mustard.
2. Combine the flour, salt, ginger and garlic powder on a plate. Dredge the chops in the mixture.
3. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high. Add the pork chops and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, combine the maple syrup and pecans in a small bowl. When the chops are cooked, spoon the syrup mixture on top , leave the meat in the pan
for 1 minute, then serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Add minced garlic and minced fresh ginger and cook, stirring, over medium heat. Add green beans, chopped plum tomatoes and ground cumin and cook, stirring frequently, until beans are
crisp-tender.
