Noodles Romanoff
List of Ingredients
1 package (8 oz) egg noodles
Boiling, salted water
1 cup large-curd cottage cheese
1 small clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 teaspoon liquid hot-pepper seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until just tender; drain. Combine noodles with cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, onion and liquid hot-pepper seasoning.
Turn into a buttered casserole; top with grated cheese.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes, or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
