Sun Dried Tomato Pasta

List of Ingredients
1 pound pasta, any type
12 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
Pinch dried, crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup oil from the sund-dried tomatoes, or 1/4 cp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add some salt and the pasta, stirring a few times to ensure that the pasta does not stick to itself. Boil vigorously for the time recommended on the package, or until pasta is tender.
Menwhile in a food processore of blender, puree the sun-dried tomatoes with the pepper flakes, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sun-dried tomato mixture and the cheese.
