Garlic Cream Potatoes
List of Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
6 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup cream
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large saucepan, combine milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add potatoes, garlic, and cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Spoon the potato mixture into a butter 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish and top with the grated cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
