List of Ingredients
Makes 4 cups
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons minced, fresh garlic
1 ounce pickled ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups olive oil
Recipe
In a small, heavy saucepan, simmer the orange juice until it measures about 1 cup.
Pour juice into a blender and add peppers, lime juice, vinegar, mustard, chili powder, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
Puree. With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil to emulsify
