List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 bunch chives, sliced thin
3 stems parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups olive oilRecipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic, shallots, mustard, chives, parsley and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil, until emuslified. Serve at room temperature, refrigerating beween uses. Serve over mixed salad greens.
