    Preparation Time 10 minutes

    1 tablespoon blue cheese
    2 tablespoons Raspberry wine
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons almond pieces
    1/3 cup olive oil

    Blend the first four ingredients until smooth. Add the olive oil slowly until the mixture is emulsified.
