1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1 medium head romaine lettuce
1 medium head escarole
3 large rip tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 large Spanish onion, thinly sliced
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
24 Greek olives (calamatas)
24 Greek peppers (peperoncini)
1/2 pound feta cheese, crumbled
16 anchovy fillets
8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
8 small radishes (optional)

Tear crisp, cold salad greens into bite-sized pieces. Place in large salad bowl and toss to combine. Add remaining ingreadients and toss. Serve on chilled salad plates.
