Butter- Maitre d'Hotel Butter
List of Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
In a small bowl, cream together the butter, lemon juice and fresh parsley; add salt and pepper, to taste. Let the butter stand, covered, for at least 1 hour. Serve the butter with vegetables or broiled chicken.
