Makes 1 1/2 cups
List of Ingredients
1 cup prepared chilie sauce
2 1/4 teaspoons prepared horseradish, drained
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon gin
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, washed, dried and chopped
Recipe
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings with additional lemon juice, salt and Tabasco as needed. Cover and refrigerate. This will keep for 4 days in the refrigerator.
