Stir-Fry Sauce
List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon rice vinegar, rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons chopped ginger
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Recipe
Whisk all ingredients together in a 1-quart bowl.
Yield: 1/2 cup.
