Sweet- Quick Coffee Sauce

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup whipping cream, well chilled
2 tablespoons sugar
11/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder or freeze-dried coffee granules
Recipe
In large chilled bowl, combine cream, sugar and coffee powder. Whip at medium-high speed of electric mixer until slightly thickened. Cream should be sauce-like and not stiff enough to form peaks. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 11/2 cups.
Per (1-tablespoon) serving: 30 calories, 83 percent calories from fat, .17 gram protein, 1 gram carbohydrates, no fiber, 3 grams total fat, 10 milligrams cholesterol, 3 milligrams sodium.
