    List of Ingredients




    Serves 6
    Preparation Time: 25 minutes
    3 medium zucchini, shredded
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    1/4 pound butter
    1 quart chicken stock
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup cream
    Italian seasonings to taste
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
    6 sprigs of parsley, chopped

    Recipe



    Saute the shredded succhini and diced onions with butter until tender. Add the flour, chicken stock and seasoning. Stir and simmer until the soup is quite thick. Add the cream.
    When serving top with Parmesan and parsley garnish.
