4 dried hot chili pepper
3 dried ancho opeppers
4 teaspoons cumin seed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon whole clovesRecipe
Wearing gloves, remove the stems and sees from chili peppers. Cut peppers into small pieces.
In a blender container combine cut-up peppers, cumin seed, garlic powder, coriander, oregano, and cloves. Cover and blend to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Makes about 1/3 cup.
