Creole Seafood Seasoning
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup salt
1/4 cup garlic powder or flakes
1/4 cup peppercorns
2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons thyme
2 tablespoon oregano
1/3 cup paprika, preferably hot
3 tablespoons onion powder or flakes
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients in a large spice mill or food processor. Process for about 1 minute or until evenly pulverized and blended. Store in an airtight container. Will keep for up to 9 months. Food and Wine Annual 1986
