Carrots- Crispy Marinated Carrots

List of Ingredients
1 pound carrots, scraped and thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
Recipe
Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Combine carrots, onion, and green pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over vegetables; toss lightly with a fork. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Yield 4 to 6 servings.
