Fresh Peach Torte

This is always made in our house when the peaches start coming in.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peaches
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup cool whip
Instructions
- Set aside 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs.
- Add melted butter and sugar to the graham cracker crumbs and press into a square 8*8*2 cake pan.
- Chop peaches slightly.
- Heat marshmallows until soft over double boiler and mix in peaches remove from heat and stir in cool whip.
- Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with the 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill about 2 hours. Then ENJOY!!
