    2 pkgs. (8-oz.each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup
    canned pumpkin (use canned pumpkin or save your pumpkin scraps
    from the carving, cut them from their rinds and steam or boil until
    they are soft.)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    dash of ground cloves
    dash of nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 (6-0z. or 9-inch) ready to use graham cracker crumb crust
    Cool Whip Whipped Topping
    Chocolate dipped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs; mix until blended.
    Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

    Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate dipped pecans
