    'Best Ever' Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    • 1 teasp. baking soda
    • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 teasp. vanilla extract
    • 1 package (3 1/2 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 package (12oz) chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375.
    2. Combine flour and baking soda in bowl, set aside.

    3. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs then gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

    4. Drop by heaping spoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until slightly brown on edges.
