Divide recipe in half for 4 people..
List of Ingredients
2 ckens cut up
1-28oz can sliced peaches drained
1-280z can chunk pimneapple drained
1 lg onion chped coarse
2 lg green peppers choped coarse
2-8oz jars Sweet & Sour sauce
Preheat Oven 350F: Feeds 8-10

Wash chkn and trim fat
Arrange chkn in lg flat pan.
Place fruit, onions and peppers over chkn.
Coveer with sauce.
Bake chkn till juices run clear when pierced with fork.
(about 1 hr) Serve with Rice...
Additional Notes.
Use liquid from drained fruit as part of liquid when cooking rice...
