Bacon Roll-ups
List of Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups herb stuffing mix
1 egg,slightly beaten
1/4 pound pork sausage
1/3 to 1/2 pound bacon

In small saucepan, melt butter in water. Remove from heat and stir into stuffing. Add egg and sausage. Blend thoroughly. Chill for about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Shape into small oblongs about the size of pecans. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap one piece around dressing mixture and fasten with wooden toothpick. Place on rack in shallow pan; bake for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel before serving.
