List of Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1- 80z. cream cheese
Instructions
- Soak mustard and vinegar in glass container for 24 hours.
- Place eggs and sugar in blender and add mustard mixture and blend all.
- Cook for 20 minutes in double boiler.
- Refrigerate.
- Pour over cream cheese and derve with a knife for spreading.
- This is enough sauce for 2 blocks of cream cheese and it will keep in refrig for several weeks
