    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound block processed, pasteurized cheese
    • 1 cup mayo
    • 3 Tablespoons horseradish
    • 5 drops hot pepper sauce
    • crackers or melba toast


    Instructions


    1. Melt cheese in double boiler.
    2. Add mayo,horseradish, and hot pepper sauce.
    3. Serve warm over low heat in chafing dish, stirring frequently to prevent film from forming.
    4. Dip with crackers or melba toast.
