    1-1/2 TSP ACTIVE DRY YEAST (1/2 PKG)
    3/4 CUP WARM WATER (105-110 DEGREES)
    1 TSP SUGAR
    1 TSP OIL
    1/4 TSP SALT
    2 CUPS FLOUR

    IN MEDIUM BOWL, DISOLVE YEAST IN WARM WATER. STIR IN SUGAR, OIL SALT AND 1/2 CUP FLOUR UNTIL SMOOTH. BEAT IN ADDITIONAL CUP FLOUR OR ENOUGH TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH. TURN OUT ON FLOURED SURFACE, KNEAD 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL SMOOTH AND ELASTIC. COVER; LET REST15 MINUTES.
