1 PKG CORNBREAD STOVE TOP STUFFING
5 CUPS YELLOW SQUASH, DICED
1 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
4 LARGE GRATE CARROTS
1 MEDIUM ONION, DICED
2 RIBS CELERY, DICED
SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC TO TASTE
1 TSP SAGE
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
8 OZ SLICED MUSHROOMS
6 TBSP BUTTER
1-1/2 CUPS DICED COOKED CHICKEN (OPTIONAL)
1 CUP WATER (1&1/2 CUPS IF USING CHICKEN)

BOIL SQUASH IN WATER JUST UNTIL DONE, DRAIN, SET ASIDE. SAUTEE VEGGIES IN BUTTER, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, BAKE 400 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
